SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Returns Policy
All purchases can be returned for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order. Please note we cannot accept returns past this time frame. They will be refused & sent back. Unfortunately we are not in a postion to offer free returns so you must cover this cost.
We will refund the price you purchased the item at, minus postage charges.
TO MAKE A RETURN:
- Please send us an email at returns@isabellas.ie explaining you would like to return an item/items. Once we receive your email we will send you the return address.
- Pack up your item carefully to ensure no damage & include your name and order number. (you can send the original invoice that came with your parcel.)
- We recommend registerd post for your return, as it is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- Keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
Please ensure that tags are intact & there is no make-up/ tan or deodorant marks on the item. If an item is returned to us in unsellable condition, we will have to send it back to you.
It can take up to 10 working days for a refund to appear in your bank account.
Shipping
- Shipping to Ireland and Northern Ireland generally takes 2-5 working days after dispatch. Shipping cost: €6.00
Your parcel will be shipped with An post.
PLEASE NOTE
These are approximate delivery times taking into account various factors. Generally our delivery is quite speedy although we suggest ordering in advance to ensure in time delivery.
(Shipping times may be longer during site wide promotions such as Black Friday and the festive period. For Example for Ireland, please allow 4-8 business days during these periods. Other regions will be longer also.)

Please Note there are NO customs charges to Ireland or Northern Ireland.
