We are happy to refund any unsuitable items returned within 28 days from date of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you are returning a bulky item or a number of items it may be cheaper for you to purchase a prepaid parcel bag at An post. These cost €6 and allow you to send up to 1 KG.
Unfortunately we are not in a position to offer exchanges. If you need a different size you will need to place a new order and return the original item to us so we can process a refund.
